Medical insurance causes increasing justly availability of people to health care. Actually the main object of improvement of health insurance system is better access to multilateral expansion. Therefore for attention to good quality and quantity insurance SERVICES is necessary for any society.This research has a descriptional form that is performed in order to determine the position of RENDERING insurances SERVICES from viewpoint of insured person’s employees of insurance and insurance organization of clinical SERVICES in Mashhad city 1379. 487 insured subjected, 301 employees were selected by the method of cluster classic and probability.Aquired information were collected by sample selection form and questionnaire for insured persons and a questionnaire for employees of insurance, interview and a questionnaire for managers.Obtained results from testing quality show that 84.2% insured as average, 88.1% employees knew the quality as well, and 66.6% managers declared it as average.Since the most insured people, employees and managers evaluated the insurance SERVICES in employees about to quality, it seems that, with respect to the significance of the problem, eliminating this difference and RENDERING SERVICES as desirable form is essential.

This study aims at rating public and private banks based on electronic SERVICES rendered by them. Experience shows that in a competitive arena, only those banks and financial institutions that have an efficient, effective, and strong operation remain in the banking network and continue to work successfully. Therefore, it is highly recommended that banks and financial institutions try new methods of RENDERING banking SERVICES so that they can win the big competition. Based on relevant data, different banks act differently in terms of RENDERING banking SERVICES. These data could be helpful to various groups with diverse motivations, including banks' managers, Central Banks' directors, and banks' customers. In fact, the mentioned groups would like to be aware of the level and quality of electronic banking SERVICES in each bank so that they could identify which bank submits the best electronic banking SERVICES.The present study tries to utilize 18 indices defined by Central Bank's experts to rate 13 public and private banks. To this end, relative weights of the mentioned indices are calculated through various questionnaires and using numerical taxonomy method. Extracted data cover various electronic banking activities in a period of one year (1389 (2010/11)). Findings of the study indicate that Bank Pasargad, Bank Melli Iran, and Parsian Bank rank 1st to 3rd in terms of electronic banking SERVICES while Tejarat Bank ranks the last in this regard.

The present paper seeks to probe into translating poetry as a type of foregrounded language. To achieve the objective, it will first investigate the manner in which poetry is created. Attempts will also be made to deal with the process of foregrounding, describing the methods which translators adopt in translating poetry.Having this in mind, creation of poetry in the SL will be discussed followed by the steps taken by the translators in this connection, hoping to determine the translator's choice of lexical items as proper equivalents for those of the SL text.

Since achievement of a superior and efficient educational system requires informant, experienced, and competent educational principals, the purpose of this research is collection of standards (competencies) of performance of educational principals in middle school and RENDERING suitable pattern to standardize performance of such principals. In this research a collection of competencies of performance of educational principals has been firstly made on the basis of library studies and survey of research literature, (this collection includes six main indicators, forty sub-indicators, and 160 behaviors which indicate competency, "performance Indicators"). Then, perceptions of experts, directors, teachers, parents and Students of middle school about each of the indicators and sub-indicators collected were studied through applying "360 degree feed back" method. Responses of members of sample society were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical methods and, at the end, a model for standardizing performance of educational principals of middle school was compiled by applying findings of the research and each of comments of experts of educational management. The usefulness of the model proposed was evaluated from the standpoint of specialists of educational management and was confirmed with average mark of 4.25 out of 5.

Background and Aim: Since man-made accidents, whether accidental or intentional, lead to disasters such as human and environmental accidents. It may cause irreparable damage to the fundamental rights of human beings, which the most important include the right to life, the right to water, the right to food, the right to shelter and etc. The republic of Afghanistan is an explicit example. For the reason that since the last decades, this country had faced with political, security and human crisis, because of the competition for taking political position by the heads of state, excessive demands by neighboring countries as well as various interests of great powers. And so on, the fundamental human rights have been violated, such as the fundamental principles that are emphasized within the international rules, particularly International Movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent. It is the principle of humanity, based on which all human beings have the rights, just because they are human and this oblige states to observe it. Method: This article is of a theoretical type, the research method is descriptive and analytical and the method of collecting information is library and it was done by referring to documents, books and articles. Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing the current article, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. Results: Examining the legal situation of Afghanistan from the point of view that this situation is one of man-made accidents and providing long-term and short-term solutions to comply with international rules by the Afghan authorities in order to provide relief and help to the people affected in this category of accidents. In this way, to provide aid to the affected people in a legal and principled way through international organizations and even nongovernmental organizations. Conclusion: In order for the Afghan authorities to comply with international rules, we should consider two solutions: a short-term solution means that if the Taliban group complies with the minimum human rights rules and there is real documentation and under the supervision of an international observer, this If the matter is confirmed, it can be recognized as a contract and in this way, assistance can be provided to the affected people in a legal and principled way through international organizations and even non-governmental organizations and a long-term legal solution, which includes: intervention Humanitarian as long as the territorial integrity of the country of Afghanistan is preserved and does not cause more governments to intervene in the worsening of the situation. In this article, we intend to state the theoretical foundations of this category of man-made incidents in the case of Afghanistan, in line with international documents and describe the obstacles and limitations of providing relief and humanitarian assistance to that country and provide solutions to remove the existing obstacles.

The growth of economic, cultural, and political exchanges among different countries has led to the formation of new scopes in the translation profession. The legal and political significance of organizational titles and commercial brands has caused the translation of these elements to be in need of extreme precision and dependent upon particular linguistic and technical considerations. The present study is a field research with a linguistic perspective on the translation of brand and organization names from Persian to English. While analysing the syntactic structure of such names and presenting different methods for their translation, a new classification of translator errors in RENDERING such structures is provided. The results indicate that four types of error are more common, namely: 1. mistaking a proper noun for a common noun and the reverse, 2. grammatical mistakes, 3. combined errors (grammatical & lexical) and 4. lexical errors. The findings also reveal that the recognition of the linguistic elements forming organizational and brand names, especially the combination of proper and common names, knowing the international conventions in their translation, as well as attention to cultural considerations are preconditions of an appropriate translation of such titles, and translators should receive special training in this regard.

Translation of Holy Quran as a Book revealed by God, which contains the Divine Decrees, human guidance and the miracle of the Holy Prophet of Islam has caught the attention of many translators and scholars. Since the translations of Holy Quran like every other translation may include deficiencies, their revision is of particular importance; thus, their critical revision is of vital importance. One of the difficulties of translators in the translation of Holy Quran is RENDERING the particles of reduction and addition including the word "kam" [how much/many] which causes certain challenges for the translators in its rendition. Then, critical assessment of Persian translations of Holy Quran from this perspective is important in order to determine the type of "kam" and the section of the sentence that is conditioned with it. In the current essay through the expression of the challenges of the translation of "kam", a translation has been used as sample and then we have proceeded to provide a critical review of the translations of such translators as Razi, Fuladvand, Makarem Shirazi, and Khoramshahi. Accordingly, the deficiencies of the aforementioned translations have been clarified which are as follows: identification of the type of "kam", determination of the conditioned part of the sentence, discord of the translations in RENDERING various verses, lack of stipulation of the meaning of self-glorification in the translation of predicative "kam", and literal translation of the preposition "min" before objective predicate.
